m111 Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms apply to all players registered on the m111 platform and cover every service offered, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, arcade titles, promotional bonuses, payment processing, and customer support. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the m111 platform, you enter into a binding contractual relationship with m111 and agree to be governed by these Terms.

The m111 platform is operated as an online entertainment service. All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise. m111 does not accept liability for any exchange rate fluctuations, bank conversion fees, or third-party transaction charges that may be applied by payment service providers independent of the m111 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the m111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and m111. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the m111 platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting document is a specific promotional terms sheet that explicitly overrides a stated clause herein.

m111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its service at any time without prior notice, subject to fulfilling existing obligations to players with confirmed active balances at the time of any such change.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the m111 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the m111 platform.
• You are accessing the platform in your own name and on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of m111 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the m111 platform or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting with full legal capacity and are not under any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

m111 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that a player meets the eligibility criteria above. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension. Verification is conducted for the protection of all players and for the integrity of the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of m111 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

During the registration process, you are required to provide at minimum the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official government-issued identification.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your current residential address within Bangladesh.
• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• A unique username and a secure password of your own choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the m111 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where m111 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts operated by that individual will be permanently closed and any balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, will be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

m111 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, enabling players to transact in BDT without currency conversion. The currently supported payment channels are set out in the table below. Processing times and minimum amounts are indicative and may vary depending on the payment provider and network conditions.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. m111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for review. m111 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which m111 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, m111 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. m111 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the table above, but reserves the right to extend processing times for security review purposes without liability.

m111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Where such a review is initiated, processing of the relevant withdrawal may be placed on hold until the review is complete. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is placed under review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

m111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other calendar events relevant to the Bangladesh market.

Every bonus and promotion offered by m111 is governed by specific terms that set out the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and any other applicable conditions. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the m111 Offers & Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all m111 bonuses unless explicitly overridden by a specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
• m111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it, without notice and without liability.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, traded, or sold to any other player or third party.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or systematic withdrawal of bonus balances without genuine gameplay — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, voiding of any associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• m111 may at its sole discretion limit or restrict a player's eligibility for bonuses if it determines that the player's wagering behaviour does not reflect genuine recreational gameplay.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on the m111 platform, you agree to the following obligations on a continuous basis throughout your use of our services:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times. You will update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You will use the m111 platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gambling purposes. You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose or in connection with any business activity.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and will not share your account with any other person. You will notify m111 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You will not attempt to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, data mining software, or any other technology designed to interact with the platform other than through a standard web browser or the official m111 mobile interface.
• You will wager only with funds that you can afford to lose. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that m111 bears no responsibility for any financial loss you incur as a result of using the platform.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling, and you will not use the m111 platform if doing so would be unlawful in your location.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using the m111 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of any criminal activity is a criminal offence. m111 reports all suspected instances of money laundering to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud m111, other players, or payment service providers — including through chargeback fraud, identity theft, or manipulation of payment records — is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the m111 platform is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited.
• Hacking and interference: Any attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the m111 platform — including its servers, databases, game engines, or payment systems — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Impersonation: Registering an account in another person's name, using another person's payment method, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity on the m111 platform is prohibited.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the m111 platform while under the age of 18 is prohibited. Any adult who knowingly allows a minor to use their m111 account is in breach of these Terms.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the m111 platform — including but not limited to the m111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, game assets, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of m111 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m111 platform for personal, recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any m111 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the m111 platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use the m111 brand name, logo, or any other m111 intellectual property for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the m111 platform for any purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with m111. Players acquire no rights to any third-party game content through their use of the m111 platform.

9 Liability & Disclaimer

The m111 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While m111 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption and that game outcomes are fair and accurate, m111 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m111 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from your use of the m111 platform, including losses resulting from bets placed, games played, or bonuses forfeited.
• Any interruption, delay, or suspension of the platform caused by technical issues, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss or corruption of account data caused by events beyond m111's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the m111 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• The conduct, content, or practices of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or other external service integrated into the m111 platform.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your m111 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, m111 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding wagering requirements have been satisfied and no breach of these Terms is under investigation.

m111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• The player's account has been flagged for suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by m111.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to m111.
• The player has been identified as a person who is or has become ineligible to use the platform under the criteria set out in Section 2.

Where m111 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance, bonus balance, and pending withdrawals held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. m111 will retain records of the account and the reasons for its closure for a minimum of five years in accordance with its internal compliance and record-keeping policies.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the m111 Responsible Gaming tools may request reactivation of their account after the self-exclusion period has elapsed by contacting support. m111 will conduct a review before reinstating any self-excluded account and reserves the right to decline reactivation if it determines that doing so would not be in the best interests of the player.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or with your use of the m111 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. m111 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent dispute resolution for its Bangladeshi player base.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your m111 account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the m111 service, you should follow the dispute resolution process set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard complaints within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response, you may request escalation to our compliance team by replying to the original support email and marking your request as "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request". The compliance team will conduct a full review and respond within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following escalation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. m111 is committed to reaching fair outcomes for all players and will engage constructively with any formally escalated dispute.

Game outcomes on the m111 platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by our third-party game providers. m111 does not alter game outcomes and cannot reverse the result of a completed game round. Disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes should be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance; m111 support can assist in facilitating this process.

12 Amendments to Terms

m111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to updates in applicable law or regulation, changes to the range of services offered, the introduction of new payment methods or game providers, improvements to our responsible gaming framework, or updates to our security and compliance procedures.

When material changes are made to these Terms, m111 will notify registered players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the m111 platform at login, an email sent to the address registered on your account, or an in-platform notification. The date on which the revised Terms take effect will be clearly stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the m111 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the m111 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10. You will not be penalised for requesting account closure following a change to these Terms that you find unacceptable, provided that your account is otherwise in good standing at the time of the closure request.
